Shay Hasson has more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience leading technology and media companies. Hasson founded the Clementina Group in the US in 1999 with the vision of merging technology with the creative and marketing disciplines in order to provide uniquely integrated creative and marketing to OTV (Over the Top TV) application solutions. As an entrepreneur, Hasson has founded several companies, including a UK-based professional services firm, a US-based Internet marketing company and Wekix Capital, an early-stage investment fund in the UK and Israel. Hasson currently serves on the boards of clementina.net, SideKick, Wishi.me, DesignPAX and others. Hasson was also recently nominated as one of The 100 Leaders accelerating the companies of tomorrow.

Lior Berger served as a General Partner at Gemini Israel Funds, one of Israel’s leading venture capital firms, investing in early stage, cutting- edge technology startups, from 1997 – 2006.  During his time at Gemini, Berger raised and managed $550M and oversaw the semiconductor and communications sectors. Among his direct investments were Mellanox (Nasdaq:MLNX), Tdsoft (Nasdaq:VOCL) and Riverhead Networks (sold to Cisco), as well as private companies such as Neocleus and Verix. Berger also played an integral role in the investments in IXI Mobile (OTC BB:IXMOU.OB) and Allot (Nasadq:ALLT). Berger has a strong technical background that includes nine years in both senior engineering and managerial positions at Intel, where he was responsible for the design and development of communications and hardware-related technologies. Berger holds an MBA from INSEAD and BSc in Engineering from the Technion.

 

Joanna Shields

Joanna is the CEO of BenevolentAI, an adviser to Prime Minister on the Digital Economy at No 10 Downing Street, Joanna is former Chair of Tech City and the UK's Business Ambassador for Digital Industries.  Prior to that Joanna was Vice President of Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Facebook. Prior to Facebook, Shields was Chief Executive of Bebo where she built the company from a start-up into one of Europe's leading social networks and spearheaded its successful acquisition by AOL, Time Warner for $850M in March 2008. After the acquisition, she served as President of AOL's social and communications division. Prior to Bebo, she was Managing Director, Syndication and Partnerships for Google Europe, Russia, Middle East & Africa. Her career started in 1987 in Silicon Valley and for more than last two decades, her focus has been on creating, managing and scaling international technology businesses, maximizing shareholder value and leading start-up companies to successful exits. During her career, she also served as Vice President, International at RealNetworks, CEO of Veon (acquired by Philips Electronics in 1999)
